At this point, we only groom dogs and not cats.
3. How often should my pet be groomed?
Most pets benefit from grooming every 4–8 weeks. Long-haired breeds may need more frequent grooming, while short-haired pets may require less.

Yes, appointments are recommended to ensure availability and minimize wait times. Walk-ins may be accepted for limited services such as nail trims, depending on availability.

6. What vaccinations are required?
For the safety of all pets, we require proof of up-to-date vaccinations. Dogs must be current on rabies (and other vaccines if required by local regulations). Please contact us for specific requirements.
7. Can you groom anxious or senior pets?
Absolutely. Our groomers are trained to work gently with anxious, senior, and special-needs pets. Please let us know about any health concerns or behavioral issues before the appointment.
8. What if my pet has mats or tangles?
Severely matted coats may require extra time, special handling, or a shorter haircut for your pet’s comfort and safety. Additional fees may apply, and we will discuss options with you before proceeding.
9. Can I stay while my pet is being groomed?
For safety and to reduce stress, we generally do not allow owners in the grooming area. Rest assured, your pet will be cared for by trained professionals.
10. What products do you use?
We use high-quality, pet-safe shampoos and grooming products. Hypoallergenic and specialty shampoos are available upon request.
11. What if my pet has fleas?
If fleas are found, a flea treatment may be required during the grooming session for the safety of other pets. Additional charges may apply.
